My look and stat's vary alot from off-season to contest-time. I've been as high as 293# off-season, but with considerable water retention and more fat than I should have allowed (darned Chips Ahoy's!) Contest time, I'll be around 6-percent bf, very ripped and vascular. Personally, I prefer the off-season look, in myself and other bodybuilders, huge and bulky.
