For this week’s fucktastic Friday post, I am glad to talk about another “F” in our lives: FASHION. It's always fun and exciting when you discover something new before other people. Not for bragging rights, but to know you were there before something hit the market and in fashion, it's fun to be ahead of the trend. So you can understand my excitement when I came across a press release talking about a fashion line only to discover I had seen it in person already.
But before you get too excited, we are talking about porn-centric topics here, so my news is about the newly-released Sean Cody merch line. And while the news release dropped yesterday via GayAVN’s site, I actually saw the merch first hand days before!
To explain, earlier this week I found myself in West Hollywood celebrating a birthday over some cocktails and I looked over to see someone wearing a Sean Cody sweatshirt. Now, in the middle of West Hollywood, this is nowhere near shocking, but I was surprised to see that the brand had developed Sean Cody merch. They have chosen muscle-bottom Brogan as the face of the launch for now and looking back, it might have actually been Brogan himself who was wearing it in West Hollywood (but I could’ve been wrong).
When TikTok made its mark during the pandemic, someone created a video showcasing a Sean Cody tee as the best way to market yourself in the open. Like hey, if anyone flinches at the sight of a Sean Cody shirt, then you know they are gay! Now I cannot say that is the reason why Sean Cody has created their line, but they have now launched a full clothing line that rivals Moschino in the fetisth shock factor.
The site, holding the merch, Daddy-Couture, currently has clothing for both Sean Cody and Men.com and Sean Cody has really tapped into putting their logo on EVERYTHING. From shirts, to socks, phone covers, joggers, hoodies, and caps, they are the best new fashion line to hit the market.
If brands had a clothing line who would you wear? Sean Cody? Corbin Fisher (as a University tee )? Fraternity X (in Greek letters)? Let us know! I mean Muscle Service can easily release some merch that doubles as workout gym clothes.
